<description>A great write-up for using the amazon-ecs gem.

I&#039;ve been using it for a personal &quot;book discovery&quot; project of mine, http://wajapi.com, and one of the things I liked about it was how easy it was to get results for various regions. My site even supports Japanese book results ... (ehem, it doesn&#039;t have any Japanese users though).

Check out the Google Books API as well, it seems to be very promising.</description>

<description>Hello, thanks for posting this! I checked out your example form and I see you wrote a lot of custom validation rules (you obviously know your stuff!). Anyway you can show how to write a custom validation rule for a textarea, that prevents any url&#039;s (www or http://) from being input? I&#039;m using bassistance.de plugin. Thanks for your time!</description>

<description>I think the simplest way to strip tags would be very similar to how you do it, something like: jQuery(&#039;&lt;div&gt;&#039;).html(html).text() . This is the opposite of what I use to escape html characters in text: jQuery(&#039;&lt;div&gt;&#039;).text(notHtml).html() . A string like &#039;a &lt;b&gt;b&lt;/b&gt;&#039; run through the first one would give &#039;a b&#039;, while the second would give &#039;a &lt;b&gt;b&lt;/b&gt;&#039;.</description>
